Air over Oil Extrusion Hole Punch Press
This small pneumatic punch press was built to punch 1-1/4" diameter holes in an aluminum header extrusion for an automatic door manufacturer. A "Unittool" punch and "C"-frame with an Air over Oil cylinder provide the base for this machine which is custom tailored for this specific application.
An extrusion support arm, which accommodates several widths of extrusion header assemblies, adjustable end stops, and header side clamps, are some of the specific application additions. Click on a photo below to enlarge it for a better view! |
