Binder Template Guide Station: To improve production quality and speed, this template station was built and adapted to several binder machines for assembling 3-ring notebook binders. After the outer film is positioned on the platen, the table rotates the film under the template station where, the template is lowered over the film. The operator places the (3) cardboard re-enforcement panels in position, and the template is automatically retracted. The table then rotates to the next position. Timers allow for adjustment of the delay to lower the template, and the duration for which the template is down. Photo Gallery (Click photo to enlarge)
