MANIFOLD PROBE STATION
Designed and built for a manufacturer of automotive intake manifolds, this probe station inspects each of the manifolds to verify the critical passages are clear.
Pneumatic cylinders beneath the fixture extend into the
passages to check for obstructions.
A color touch screen identifies the blocked passage/passages, in the event of a test failure.
