HUB PRESS STATION
This pneumatic press station is used to assist in the assembly of the hub bearing to the control shaft (below) for a cable control assembly. It is controlled using an OMRON PLC. Capable of a force of approximately 1000 pounds, this station easily installs the bearing with a cycle time of less than 4 seconds. The fixture is designed to self-align the components for the cycle, making it very simple to operate!
